How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I write them customised workout and nutrition plans. Also I text them everyday to make sure there diet and training is going okay. I make sure they do a fitness test before and after they have trained with me so they can see the results themself.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Persevering.
Taking little steps every day and not giving up. Tracking your progress including calories and weights helps alot too.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people feel good in their own skin and feeling confident in the gym.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started the calisthenics trainer business when I was 18 because I wanted to show people how to exercise in a fun and different way.
Why should our clients choose you?
I train my clients very differently to other trainers because alot of it is bodyweight movements whilst also in operating cardio. I have access to multiple gyms in Bristol and can train people in their homes if they prefer. I have a Facebook page to prove I get people the results they want and deserve
