What I have liked, from inception, is the relaxed friendly atmosphere that shapes going to The Body Studio. This helps to take away any of the concerns or inhibitions you might have regarding access a gym. You are able to taste a wide range of classes while being able to address some health issues such hamstring injuries if needed. More...

The studio has some of the best people - very friendly and helpful. I trained with a fitness trainer last year and had benefited tremendously. It now also has a wellbeing centre which I believe will help many people towards greater health and wellbeing. Two thumbs up! More...

In others sports facilities, something was lost no customer care, huge turnaround of Personal Trainer it's not all about pumping iron, it's about the whole person from health issues to a more holistic approach to wellbeing and supporting our clients to reach their goals.
