Synergy, it’s an interesting word.....! And a great name for this Life-coaching service, because it literally does what it say on the tin. ...! It helps you to find clarity and synergy with aspects of your life - that you might not have been able to do on your own!!! I was incredibly skeptical before being introduced to this service, I’ve literally had, tried & tester many different types of alternative therapy’s and holistic approaches in the past - to cope with the dramas of my life...., none of which helped me long term....! I’d suffered a lot, a long string of personal bereavements (8 in 3-years) and disasaterous work situations, left me feeling like I couldn’t manage my own life, I’d lost all my confidence in my own decision making abilities & felt I just couldn’t trust my own judgement anymore. The anxiety of that reality, had begun to cripple me in a huge way, seriously impacting my life, and I was looking for answers - when this service was recommended to me! I found Kaidi to be incredibly kind & passionate, human being & so easy to talk too! The session was very enlightening and not what I’d expected at all. I expected another “quack.” Instead, I found a compassionate caring soul, who without patronising, gently guided me through the issues I was struggling with. She also, gave me some practical (kick-butt) solutions and strategy’s, which again I was encouraged to discover on my own...., & I’ve been using them ever since our very first session and they really work. To some, theses answers might just seem like a common sense approach, but it was/is & went so much deeper than that...! How we used a discussion on food to figure out my future - I’ll never know, but literally within 12 hours, the opportunity of a lifetime presented itself in a country I’d long dreamed of and everything just fell into place....! Everything just lined-up....! Synergy in Action...., literally in action...!!! All of a sudden I had faith in myself, my own abilities and my own assertiveness...! This service did more than help me with a few life issues - it put me back in control of my own life....! I’m not sure how Kaidi did it, either by her compassion or sheer professionalism....! But I would literally recommend this service to anyone....! It has has literally changed my life.....! Life Coaching - like it says on the tin....!!!! Just Brilliant....!

I have been coached by Kaidi regarding some issues where I was a bit overwhelmed (to put it mildly) and she was able to sweetly and gently pull me out of the overwhelm and in touch with my own inner resources to seek answers thanks to her intuitive questions. I have taken some very concrete, effective steps under her guidance that have helped me progress towards my goals.
When we think of doing things alone, we often waste a lot of time bumping around in the dark, sifting through stuff, trying different tacks, seeking clarity and focus, which we may or may not get for a long long time; a coach helps to get there much faster, saving precious time and resources, uncovering hidden gold from within. Kaidi has been very helpful in my journey, most lovingly so, in fact we both happily agree that my focus and commitment have revved up! My Gratitude and Blessings to her.

Kaidi’s style of coaching is very much person focussed, responding to where you are and what you need at a given time. She can be practical and focussed, offering advice and tips on anything from CVs to website design. But she is also insightful, encouraging more personal reflection, which touches on bigger questions of what you value, where you want to be, and what is stopping you achieving this goal. Above all Kaidi is there for you - offering you the chance to think as creatively as you can with the belief that anything is possible if you let yourself embrace it and work towards it.
