Street Defence are launching new self defence/fitness classes in St Albans this October (2018). Classes are suitable for everyone and no previous martial arts or self defence knowledge is required. All classes take place in a non intimidating atmosphere.

"In terms of outcome, I have successfully maintained my weight around 90kg's for 12months whilst at the same time reducing my body fat level down to around 10%.

At a personal level, I would recommend Col to anyone. He has a vast repertoire of knowledge and an ability to apply it in a way that meets your needs, but will help to push you to the next level.
To validate this statement, Col has trained both myself and my wife and we had very different "wants" which Col comfortably designed programs for and helped us to achieve our goals.

"When someone recommended i try a self defence class, i was not entirely sure what to expect!! It turned out to be a lot of fun and whilst really building my confidence in martial arts, which I hadn't used for a fair few years, Colin proved that he is a great instructor giving time for both verbal instruction and practical demos.

He creates a really relaxed and encouraging atmosphere when it comes to trying new moves. I'd recommend his classes to anyone interested in learning how to raise their pre-conceived limits in defending themselves."

I had been a personal trainer at gyms for 9 years and had always believed I had the ability to offer my services to people all over Hertfordshire. Then I took the leap and have been mobile for 6 years.

I aim not only to get client's into the best shape but I also educate my client's to help them maintain a healthy body for the rest of their lives
