Stephen responded promptly in communication leading up to his visit, and although it was quite a tricky leak, went out of his way to find the source of the problem. Unfortunately it was a structural/building issue causing the leak so he wasn't able to fix it, but he offered good advice on how we could seek to resolve the problem. He was polite and tidy too.
