What makes a great website?
Images, Images, Images....Images can break or make a good website. You can have the best website in the world in terms of content but one image out of quality can break the entire site.
Depending on the context of the site it is sometimes more important to provide information, this should always be concise and to the point allowing the visitor to find the information whilst keeping them interested in your product.

For us, it is all about customer satisfaction. We love nothing more than feeling proud that we have provided top customer service whilst getting the design right. Customer feedback is of paramount importance to us and there is nothing more rewarding than having a customer tell you that their site is exactly what they were looking for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
South Coast Web Design Ltd started life as a one-man band 'trading as' business. It soon became apparent that there was a gap in the marketplace for a 'real' design/development company as opposed to an agency who simply subcontract work out to various vendors.
