Criminal outfit.
My elderly mother, who has terminal cancer, has been trying to get in touch with Steve K for a year now. We consulted a solicitor & realised the cost to chase would be greater than the cost to get a proper roofer in, so I just called a professional .
The results were SHOCKING. The mix Steve and his crew used was crumbling to sand and being washed away- the guys don't even know how to make cement!
The lead they used was 6inches rather than the recommended 12 and leaning against the brickwork rather than into the brickwork and it was the cheapest, thinnest available. No doubt to save a few pennies.
The tiles had been clipped, but no adhesive used, so the same tiles they had re-attached were coming loose.
All within 18 months!
In recent rains the water had come gushing in, and we've had to make an insurance claim. Our roofer with 50 years in the business declared it to be the worst job he'd ever seen, and when he heard how much Steve charged he nearly fell over More...

Did work on my roof that turned out to be worthless! The work that was done, made no difference to the problems l had concerning my roof. Told me that the leaking etc would be sorted out. As it was, he just did a patched up job, which was no good to me! Took my money and then scarpered. Just wished that this guy had been honest with me and told me the truth about the real work that needed to be done on my roof. Would definitely not recommend this builder!
