I contacted this firm because I had a problem with persistent roof leaks, and I am considering an independent inspection of the roofer's work. Mr. Watson rang me back promptly and I explained the situation. We discussed some aspects, and he asked me to send photos, to which he replied with comments, and suggestions for action.
