We hired Sergio for an important family occasion, for 4 people and he didn't let us down in any way. Sergio is extremely organised, knowledgeable and passionate about his food. We spoke several times over the phone to discuss menu ideas and he was happy to adapt his menu suggestions to our personal taste. He was punctual and efficient upon arriving. Not only did he produce 4 amazing courses, he also had the patience to chat to my 4 year old son and 2 year old daugher as he was preparing delicate hand made pastries.
Sergio was professional and friendly, creating an experience and not just a meal.
