I approach clients on an individual basis, helping them to not just understand fitness, nutrition but how they as an individual responds to them. 121 personal fitness training in a luxury private studio / venue. Includes nutrition and lifestyle support to help you towards your goals, whether they be fitness, fat loss, health, injury...

So many people flit from one diet to the next and never seem to get the long term results they want. The problem is that it is a diet. Nutrition Coaching is not giving you a struct regime, it is about working with your mind - your knowledge and your personality to help build good habits for long term lifestyle changes and health. Which in turns leads to better body composition.
Helping you understand YOU - how your body and your mind responds to nutrition, lifestyle factors and exercise

Small group personal training style sessions. Unlike classes these small groups allow for more tuition, technical and tailored advice as you would expect in a 121 session but without the price tag. All ages, all levels - sessions can be adapted accordingly

For anyone that exercises regularly or participates in sport, massage should be integrated into your plan. Sports Massage can help with any injuries or problems you have and help you recovery and repair and help you develop in your chosen exercise

For most our day to day routines add or cause our aches and pains. Whether this be sitting at a desk all day causing back pain or sciatica, standing or rushing around all day giving us achy legs or lower back pain, physical labour causing aches and pain. For some, the repetition of what we do can also cause discomfort and pain - use of mouse / keyboard / phone / machinery causing arms, hands and shoulder problems.
Occupational Massage therapy works on problem areas that may be caused by posture or our repetitions and work, and gives ways to help combat future problems
