Excellent job. Friendly and polite. Great communication returning calls and texts promptly. Advice given with regard to the pump required and quote given. All rubbish was cleared away and property left clean and tidy. I sent a text later in the day with a question and it was answered very promptly. Although, there was a postponement when Sam was to commence the job and I wondered if he was the one for fixing my shower cubicle, Sam delivered when he turned up as promised the following job. I am happy with the order he made for the parts and the speed and timeliness he used to fit. We are now using the shower and he has given a year's warranty.
