Very friendly staff. Felt very welcomed as a customer. Was looking for a new cooker. The assistant was helpful but not pushy.
Also needed some light bulbs which weren't in stock. Staff member immediately said she would order them in.
I highly recommend this shop.

Literally... amazing. Fridge / freezer packed in so needed one fast. Called them this morning and spoke to Steve, who gave amazing customer service (really helpful and polite) and he basically sorted me out a new fridge freezer over the phone; didn’t even need to go in! Then... he got the fitters in a few hours later to remove old one and install the new one! This literally all happened within a few hours of my initial call. The fitters were also really lovely, very respectful of my home and carpets - took off shoes and laid towels down whenever they needed to manoeuvre the appliances or rest them on the floor so they didn’t ruin anything. They managed to remove a fully integrated appliance and replace with a freestanding one (my choice) without leaving my kitchen in a mess and without it looking rubbish, in such a short time - fits like a glove!! I’m so happy and I highly recommend. P.S. I’m also a repeat customer. They fitted my washing machine few years back too without any issues. More...

My 6 year old Dyson was screeching. Aldershot Dyson shop, sharp intake of breath and wanted £99 to change motor. Took it to RSM. Very polite. £25 investigation fee. The roller bearings were knackered. Total bill £40.96. Took just 2 days. Works great. Such nice people. May use them if the wife screeches. No just kidding, she is an darling. More...
