After falling foul of a cowboy plumber, I called RHS to see if they could repair the leaking pipes and generally shoddy work. They arrived within 20 minutes of my panicky phone call and quickly resolved the problem with no fuss. He even came when he wasn't supposed to be working! Just want to thank Richard and his helper for repairing our toilet, even though the job was trickier than 1st thought they got the job done. Our OLD boiler had been intermittently going wrong for a few years and then all of a sudden it broke down completely. I was given Richard’s number through a contact of mine and I couldn’t believe it, but he came out that very same day! He explained thoroughly what the problem was and also let us know that once the part/parts he had repaired broke down again we would buy a replacement. Well the inevitable did happened and the boiler did die completely, so I myself went down the route of finding a replacement parts that Richard had advised us to look into, they were either obsolete or fortune to replace due to the age of our boiler. The boiler had stopped working on the Monday, Richard came Tuesday and thoroughly discussed our options on whichever route ‘we’ wanted to take. We decided that a new boiler was the only sensible route. Richard and Rory worked full on for 2 full days, on Thursday we had a full working new boiler!! YOU CAN’T GET BETTER THAN THAT!!!! I have just got to say it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Richard, he was extremely informative, honest, approachable, knowledgeable and very professional from day one! Rory was a pleasure also! Richard also quoted me for a gas inspection check, he was by far the cheapest and is due to do that shortly. A HUGE thank you, Richard and Rory, so very much! More...

Excellent, first class service. I cannot recommend Richard enough. He has really helped me out this last year, from having no boiler working, having to get a new Boiler fitted urgently. Then having water escaping through my ceiling, him coming out and sorting as an emergency. Finally, replacing a complete bathroom. If you want a reliable, honest and trustworthy guy then Richard is the guy to go too!! He doesn't charge you extortion prices and always keeps you informed of the work he's doing, his service is 5 star. We love his service that much, he's our 'go to guy' now. Friendly, fast service at fantastic rates. I would highly recommend RSH Plumbing. My boiler was replaced at a highly acceptable cost within a short period of time from discovering that it was broken. Richard and his team recently installed a full new central heating system in our home which we share with my wife's 86 year old mother. I have to confess we were quite anxious about the disruption that this would cause, as my mother in law does not cope very well with this sort of stress at her age.I have to say that we need not have worried.
