I am a very experienced award-winning professional magician, having performed on TV from the age of 8 including the BBC, ITV and Channel4 and have worked as a consultant in magic to a number of TV programmes and films.
I am a highly skilled magician and sleight-of-hand specialist being a gold-star member of the inner Magic Circle, the UK's youngest ever British Magical Champion, Junior World Champion and the only British winner of the World Magic Championship in Manipulation since 1961.

Booked this guy for a 60th birthday dinner with mates in Cambridge - just introduced him as an old friend so they were wowed when he just started his round the table tricks followed up by a cabaret style act - he then took the time to talk to people about how magic has been in the family for generations, which was worth it on its own. How long have you been interested in magic?
Being a fourth generation magician and a member of the Davenport family, who run Britain's oldest magic shop, I have lived and breathed magic since childhood.
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
Able to create a variety of performances incorporating elements to match the client's requirements or to help the client develop what is needed if they are unclear on what to provide or what is possible.
What do you love most about your job?
Delighting guests with magic never gets old and I am a real people person who is able to engage with all ages.
What inspired you to start your own business?
All members of my family are magicians and we have been at the heart of British magic since 1898. Continuing the family tradition and maintaining the secrets and skills of the past giants of magic is at my core.

Close-up magic
Entertaining individuals or small groups using short-format, interactive magic tricks and working through the guests to ensure everyone is entertained. Often used by clients during drinks reception to break the ice.
Stage magic
Magic show for all the guests provided from a stage in a theatre or hall and which contains a variety of tricks. Shows options vary from an 11 minute variety act to a full evening show of 90 minutes in length.
Table/Parlour magic
Entertaining tables of diners with parlour magic between courses, usually seated in groups of 8-10, throughout the meal.
Magic cabaret
Entertainment for the all the guests on a raised platform, dance-floor or similar. Often selected by clients to entertain their guests after dinner or canapes [if not a sit-down event].
Wedding reception
Entertaining individuals, couples and small groups with interactive close-up magic, usually while guests are arriving and the wedding photographs are being taken.
Trade-shows
Entertaining visitors to the trade-stand whilst they wait to be seen, entertaining visitors in the show aisles while handing out promotional materials and/or small stage shows to draw visitors to the stand.
After-Dinner Speaker
Experienced speaker for large events or small gatherings. Able to offer a choice of subject matter within the arena of British magic, magic history, specific magicians or the history of the Davenport family.
