What do you love most about your job?
Supporting people to run their businesses, taking away the stress and pressures that can come with employing people and running a busy business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to choose the clients I work with, I wanted to surround myself with people that motivate me and are passionate about what they do. I wanted to make my own decisions and reap the rewards for the decisions I make.
The flexibility is brilliant as well.

I am passionate about supporting businesses, I listen and am able to provide a range of solutions that can help and support.
I am enthusiastic and work incredibly hard to deliver great results. I am approachable and able to but things into terms anyone can understand. I also understand what it is like to be running a business, I know the directions people can get pulled in and I want to help! Most importantly I love what I do, so the passion and energy is genuine!

Employment contracts and recruitment support, policies and procedures in place, (can include training sessions for leadership and staff), creation of staff handbook, induction and training for new and existing staff.
Refresh Support

If you have had a few people issues that were time consuming and stressful this package is for you. Key areas covered; review of current set up, detailed evaluation, followed by implementation and continued support.
