Attended my niece's wedding a few days ago. We chose Regents Lake for its location. Right by the lake and a park. The hall was set up on time and the event managers listened to our requests and were very patient with us. Our guests complimented on the food. It arrived hot and everyone enjoyed it. Amazing place to spend a valuable time with family or friends. Play area right outside the venue. Lake view is superb as it can be seen from second floor back stairs. Food service is good along with friendly staffs and manager. Decorations are beyond a beauty in both floors. Lift availability is good too. No complaints at all. I have been to a party there. The place is tucked away in a quiet area beside the lake. The shops nearby close early, so there is virtually no one except those in the Banquet Hall. Visited for a wedding. Was in the smaller hall upstairs. Still very spacious, lovely set-up, catering and staff were well organised and helpful, toilets could be better and it was extremely cold in the corridors and stairs but overall a good experience.

Used venue for a Mehndi party. Excellent views and size of the venue is excellent. Only issue was parking but there is no restrictions after 5. 30pm which was perfect for us. It has upstairs and downstairs (that has a mezzanine floor), reception area, lifts, own kitchen (where they cater their own menu for events), large toilets for gents and ladies and also a prayer room.
