What do you love most about your job?
Simply................Music is my life, I am from a very musical family, My father was a classical pianist and composer, My Mother a music Educator.
Having first played the piano aged 4yrs, I moved onto guitar aged 10 and acheived my Music Degree aged 24. I have been teaching and performing ever since.
Music has enabled me to meet with so many fantastic people, play so many styles of music and travel extensively.
For me, I never tire of seeing people enjoying themselves on the dancefloor dancing the night away. It gives me a massive buzz and lets me know im doing my job propperly too!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was a simple decision really, Music is all I know, the only thing that im good at, and all I enjoy doing.
There are very few full time employed positions available for musicians so I decided to work for myself as a freelance teacher and bandleader.
Ive had to work really hard to make my business work, The From the outside it would appear very glamorous, but the reality is that on a typical gig there is a lot of travelling, lots of hanging about and not much time at all actually playing music. There is also a lot of administritive work that is required which people do not consider , That said, I wouldnt change a thing. I have the best job in the world
Why should our clients choose you?
The band is run and managed as proffessional business. it is not a "weekend warriors" band. As with any business, reputation is key for survival and we are only as good as our last performance
We have established ourselves over the past 8 years with very little social media input, just word of mouth gaining many references and testemonials from satisfied clients. We have performed at some of the most prestigious venues throughout the U.K and have secured summer residencies at holiday destinations both home and abroad.
The members of the band are full time proffessional's who do this for a living, They are cortious, polite, punctual and more importantly very, very experienced, I take personal pride in what we do and will put my heart and soul into making your event a complete success.
