What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the faces of the happy couple and their friends and families on their special day is always wonderful. Playing their special songs is always a privilege and spending time planning the music is always great fun.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having played across the UK theatre and festival circuit (yep, Glastonbury too!) with bands, in several North East rock, blues and function bands and in a popular wedding duo, I've always had a real love for playing live - it's where the real buzz is for me. Playing solo gives me the opportunity to put my own twist on arrangements and interpretations of songs - and I'm always on time for my rehearsals :-)
Why should our clients choose you?
I pride myself on strong communication with couples, my attention to detail, listening to your personal requirements and providing a first class service. Oh, and I enjoy bringing a tasteful mix of music too ... everything from pop, soul, Motown, 60s, rock, blues, rock'n'roll - and even a little bit of country thrown in.
Wedding Music
* arrival of guests (30 mins)
* wedding ceremony (bridal entrance song, 2/3 songs for signing the marriage schedule and a recessional song as you leave together - all songs your choice)
* drinks reception (90 mins, including a few of your favourite songs)
* wedding breakfast (2 hours including a few of your favourite songs)
* room turnaround - typically 60-90 mins
