After reading her excellent book, Infused, on tea, I decided that I needed to upgrade my tea experience. I ordered 5 teas at once, all were shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. The “Long Jing” green tea is very refreshing, nice after dinner drink. But do follow instructions; water should be 70 to 80 degrees Celsius and steep for 60 to 90 or so seconds. Steeping for 120 seconds (an experiment) left me with tea tasting of spinach...The “Malawi Antlers” are a very different cup of tea. I have infused 4 pots from the same amount and the tea is still changing its flavour, giving me another worthwhile experience every time.
