My daughter had her wedding here on the 22nd June 2019. It was a lovely, stress free, magical day. Everything ran smoothly. Everyone was seated when my daughter arrived. There was a lovely range of drinks waiting for guests after the service (Pimms, Gin, Vodka, Bucks fizz and Prosecco), Thanks I wasn't expecting such a selection (after I thought I should have asked for some soft drinks, but that was my fault for not thinking). But the bar was open for anyone that didn't like the drinks on offer. Guest got to relax in the beautiful garden next to the water edge, while photo's where being taken (very nice touch). Guests where then seated in the dining room (again very smoothly done). The bride and groom was then announce and entered the room. Food selection was amazing and food was very good (we had the hot fork buffet). I was very impressed with how well the young guests where treated, I had not arranged any special food for the children but Nic and his team came out with special plates of food and drinks for them (a little touch that may go unnoticed but which makes for the smooth running of a wedding). The wedding then moves to the evening area's (bar, dance floor, back snug room and garden which has a high fence making safe for young children) which is very comfortable and pretty. Nic has the timings of the day down to a fine art and Him and his staff make the day stress free. All area's have seating area's and kids loved the sweet trolley and photo booth. The security staff are none invasive and very friendly. Also a nice touch was that the beautiful flowers from tables where offered to guests to take home. So I would like to say thank you to Nic and his staff for a great stress free day and I hope we wasn't to much of a pain for them. So I would highly recommend them. Had our wedding there this weekend 27th April 2019 from the start nic had it all sorted and put us at ease well on the day it was absolutely brilliant food was beautiful not one person had a bad word to say the venue and everything there was the icing on the cake to a perfect day I would certainly recommend Qvardis to anyone

though the atmosphere in the group was very subdued after Paul's celebrations to life with family friends and work colleagues Q Vardis gave our group enough space to spread out and with staff in all the right areas covering the entrance bar and the provision of many favourite dishes of hot and cold food thank you for providing the appropriate level of staff and services

I had my wedding reception here back in October, and could not of been more happy with the package and service the owner and staff provided! We went for the ultimate wedding package and would recommend any bride and groom to get this package, it really does include everything and takes all the stress out of your wedding. The package includes so much and everyone is still talking about how much we had at our reception, from the magician who entertained the guests whilst they ate , too the drinks and canopies on arrival, the lovely evening buffet and sweet cart. The whole venue was decorated beautifully and every detial colour coordinated to the theme. Everything we had asked for was met, to an exceptional standard! As a bride you worry so much about the little detials and that the day runs smoothly and Nick made sure that happened! The flower centre pieces and top table flowers was stunning and really good quality and that its self was impressive to have such good qaulity throughout every detial. Shows nick has the best contacts around and that in turn provides the best service. The L.E.D floor really made a difference too and would recommend adding that to the package because in the photos it looks brilliant with the big L.E.D love letters. Honestly we couldnt of asked for more and was really pleased with the package and service, the cars all turned up on time and added that extra wow factor! The food all came out on time and everyone raved about how good it was, and how much food there was. We had the best day and was so happy to have had it made extra special by all the hard work put into our wedding by Nick and his team. Its a beautiful venue and probably the only place in london you can get all thats offered for the price . I have no doubt in my mind about that! Really really recommend this place , 5 stars just isnt enough stars! Thank you again for such a smooth and fantastic fairy tale wedding. Tucked away venue in West Drayton. Nice setting next to a river with swans. Would be lovely on a summers day I'm sure. We went for an Xmas do. A Luther Vandross tribute night. Was nicely decorated, 3 course meal quality was good. Followed by disco. Good for a night out but parts of the venue need tidying, reparing and decorating, ie I noticed damage to leather sofa crudely repared with gaffer tape which looked very shoddy. Some areas of the venue were not as tidy as they could be ie, an old "photo booth" not in use at one side of dance floor. The dining/performance area stage seemed to have 2 curtains at the back which looked like one was being stored there. The ladies toilet door could do with being replaced. Having said that, the staff were attentive and helpful and it was a pleasant night out. More...

My husband and I got married at this venue (Mallard Suite aka Q Vardis) about 2 weeks ago.We picked this place for many reasons, some of the being: Nick and his blatant experience in the wedding business, the gorgeous lakes nearby, the set up of the building - both the chic decor, and the modern practicality of the layout i. e. one room is licensed for the civil ceremony ceremony, one for the meal, one for drinks & dancing.Nick sorted out the catering (including wedding cake), the DJ, was happy to take on as much of the decorating as we wanted as part of our agreed package, and even set us up with an amazing photographer! We were very impressed with how seamlessly the day was. The staff were very helpful & efficient; the venue was beautifully decorated, and frankly I think we got a very good deal financially - even more so when you consider we didn't have to coordinate the professionals. My husband and I got married here on May 31st 2017, nick was fantastic in helping us organise the whole wedding and pick a package that suited us. The food was amazing everyone still says to us what a great day it was and how everything was perfect. It was a dream come true, I couldn't pick anything wrong. Staff are very friendly, service was fast and food was hot. dj was great and like I said nick helped us every step of the way.
