Q&As

In more and more instances your website is the first impression people get and you want to make sure it’s a great one. It should reflect everything you want potential customers to know and remember about your business. Successful businesses are always trying to improve the quality of their websites to meet the needs of their users. People are visiting your website because they are seeking out something, you want to ensure that they are finding what they are looking for quickly and with ease. You might have a great business offering amazing products or services, but with a poorly functioning website, you could miss out on a significant amount of business and turn people off for good.
The quality of your website is now more critical than ever before. Since it’s likely that your competitors have an incredible website, expectations are high, and you must at least meet the bar, if not exceed it. If you want to stay in the game, you’ve got to have a website that makes it easy for your users to browse your products and services, make purchases, and to interact with your business.

Here are some key areas you should focus on:
• RESPONSIVE DESIGN
• USER-FRIENDLY
• PERSONALIZED USER EXPERIENCE
• EXTRAORDINARY CONTENT
• BOLD COLOURS
• USE VIDEOS AS BACKGROUNDS

• What is the goal of the project?
• What is the project deadline? What are the factors or events that are calling for that date?
• How will you and your client determine if the project is successful?
• Who owns the project? Who else is on your project team?
• Has your team discussed who will be the main point of contact and how you will handle the feedback process?
• Are they’re any dates when you will be closed or not available?
• Has your team been through a project like this in the past?
• Is there anything the would prevent the project from being successful?
• Are there any points in the process that some stakeholders might not understand that we can explain?
• Is there a preferred mode of communication?

01. Research
We begin the project by reviewing and researching:
Goals
Mission
Values
brand equity
competing brands
intended audience
02. Define and develop
Once sufficient research is completed, we enter the 'define and develop' stage, we have identified the problem you're trying to solve and begin working towards your project agenda.
Visual concepts
We start to develop visual concepts that reflect the objectives and outline of the brief, we collect images relating to the aims of the project -
Presenting ideas
We present various ideas and designs (normally no more than three ideas) with the thought behind it.
Get feedback
After presenting the ideas we agree a time frame for feedback. Ideally the feed back is in the form of written communication, however if its given during a meeting we send a follow-up email stating what occurred in the meeting and ask them to approve
03. Refine
After receiving feedback we improve improve on the designs, fix any errors and fine tune.
04. Deliver

Why are you doing this? What do you wan too achieve? Have you allocated a budget? What do you expect from us?

Being able to engage in a wide variety of opportunities brings varied work and challenging projects. But a strong and cohesive team makes it possible to tackle each challenge and deliver exceptional results for clients.
We get to move on to new projects where we can use the experience from previous projects to our advantage, while still learning more in a new environment. No two projects are the same, so boredom is not a word we comprehend.”
