Do not use! I contracted ProjectMyBuild to rebuild my garage (that is the first photo above). They smashed the old asbsestos roof (dangerous and illegal) and dumped into plastic bags because they thought it would be removed for free by the council (it wasn't, and the bags were overfilled by more than double the acceptable weight).
After receiving stage payments they abandoned the job leaving it incomplete. Additionally they had ordered the garage door from a third party supplier - who turned up to tell me that they had not yet been paid by ProjectMyBuild and that I would have to pay additionally to them or else they would have to take the door away.
In the end I had to hire another builder to complete the work

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Not all types of roof structure will allow a loft conversion, so it is essential to assess what roof type you are dealing with. Some types of roof structure are relatively simple to convert, but some may need to be replaced entirely in order to be suitable for habitation
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Clear the loft space
Electrical wiring to joists and binders removed and rerouted
Floor joists fitted
New wiring and pipework installed
joists filled with insulation to a depth of 100mm
joists covered with floorboards
rafters reinforced
Two end dormers fitted, and a mid dormer for shower room
staircase fitted
All dormers are tiled and cladded to fully weatherproof
2 x Velux Windows are fitted
Insulation between the rafters
Install Juliet Window Balcony
Roof insulated and felt
Internal partition walls are erected
Fix electrics and plumbing (for shower and heating )
Walls plastered
Lights and socket installed
