Gave 1 star as I couldn't give no stars.... Agreed a price with Lucy and a date. She seemed really nice on the phone. We arranged that she would do a full end of tenancy clean the day before our contract ended, however she failed to turn up or answer the phone all day. She totally left me in the lurch. I have only given 1 star as I cant give any less than that. I spoke to Lucy who gave me a price and we agreed a time and date on the phone. I explained I would be waiting for her to come so I could take her through things and then leave her to it and go off to work. I spent the evening before hassling my teenage daughters to tidy their rooms so the cleaner could come in and clean and I was up early to make sure the house was ready. Half an hour after Lucy was supposed to arrive I text her and asked what time she was getting there only to be told I had got the day wrong and it was next week??? I run my own business and don't get things like that wrong however gave the benefit of the doubt. The following week a repeated the same preparation after confirming with Lucy a couple of days prior that she was coming, which was confirmed. I sat there and waited for an hour whilst texting and calling to try and find out what was going on??? only for Lucy to not show up or call/text to say she wasn't. I cannot tell you how annoyed I was, I had taken time off work twice to be let down twice. Do yourself a favour do not even bother with this person unless you want your time wasted. More...

I foolishly ignored the review by another customer and gave them another chance. Lucy of Prestige Cleaning confirmed a price and a date for cleaning my property in Canterbury, which was accepted by me. On the day, they never turned up. I tried calling the company several times over a 2 hour period, but no one picked up and it went to voicemail, where I left a message each time. However, they did not have the courtesy to ring me back. I feel they just take another job that pays better and do not bother to postpone or cancel the original job. Rang me and agreed what needed to be done, a price and agreed a date. Rang on the day 5 mins before due to arrive to say would be late, I still wanted them to come. Rang back 10 minutes later to cancel and agreed a new date. Didn't turn up or ring, text, e-mail or message to notify me they weren't coming.
