We hired Nick for the ceremony music at our wedding and were so happy to make that decision. Nick was super calm and professional throughout the process, sending courtesy emails before the day to ensure everything was in order. He was also super helpful on the day with a sound issue on one of the venue's systems. The sound and lighting set-up was great and clearly marked for the audiophile but tech novice. I used pinnacle to provide equipment for my wedding day. I ordered up lighters for around the reception room and hey were perfect. I contacted nick to ask for a specific gold colour which was hard to achieve over the phone. Also with me living in Southampton, my boyfriend in Bristol and the venue in Wimborne meeting up to pick a colour was tricky ..... but nick made it so easy and arranged to meet my wedding coordinator a couple of weeks before and the morning of to make sure the colour matched my decoration.
