We stayed in Mill cottage. It was faultless. Warm, cosy, very well equipped. Lovely walks around the lake and grounds. We also did the big costal walk to Sidmouth which was very hard. Lovely gateway place. Spent there 3 days and enjoyed a lot. Nice and quiet farm tucked away from main road allowed me to experience quietness and peace away from London. It has its own spring so I enjoyed drinking pure spring water from the tap. Linda,the owner, was exceptionally lovely lady. Very grounded and pleasant. She made me feel very welcomed. Beds are comfortable and I slept very well. Cottages are big and got all you need. The views are stunning, air is fresh and the sea is just few min drive with its beautifulc coastline and little cafes and restaurants. More...

extremely nice scenery, very friendly host, dog friendly, good fields to walk dogs around and lovely cottage style accommodation .
