We had a huge problem with pigeons taking over our roof causing a huge mess! Turns out, this was due to the solar panels. I got in touch with PestsRUs who were provided great advice on how to solve the issue . They were professional, informative and helpful. Unlike two other established and 'reputable' firms which I called Indu agreed to arrive on the same evening at midnight, to resolve a rat issue. He actually came before 10pm! very quickly identified the hole through which the rat entered the property, closed it, inspected the rest of the property, closed other potential access points, removed the rat, and done it all at almost half the price the other 2 firms quoted me! Professional, informative, quick, great communicator, very good value, and of course exceptional customer service. I cannot recommend Indu/Pests R Us enough. Indu was absolutely superb. He made a few visits and did not stop assisting until the source of the problem was found (gnats appearing from a leak/ rotten wood deep under our shower tray). Indu helped eliminate and identify a long term issue that other far more expensive pest controllers couldnt. Indu came to one of our properties after we came across a significant bed bug infestation in one of the bedrooms. Having never dealt with anything like this before we were understandably horrified and concerned that we wouldn’t be able to resolve the problem and rid the house of the insects. Indu arrived on time, with all the necessary equipment and treated the bedroom and then continued to spray the entire property to ensure there was no wider infestation. He returned on a few occasions to retreat the initial infested room, however, after and since his first visit the bed bug infestation was completely wiped out and now, a full 13 months since his first visit, we are fully confident in positively reviewing and recommending his services. I 10000% Recommend Pests R Us! Initially in December 2020 my sister called to sort out the pest in my house and they were at my house the next morning, baring in mind we called around 2AM in the morning! They sorted everything out for us, which we were very greatful for. Fast forwarding to March 2021, I thought the mice were back so we called in again and literally the next in the afternoon they were here to inspect but was reassured that everything was fine, they found two more wholes to block up which they did. I put out the request on Bark really late at night and they came back to me immediately.
He was able to visit my property the next day and was able to do a thorough check of holes where mice could get in.
He filled them in and did a full inspection of my property. The price was very reasonable which is was really pleased about.
He also came back again another day to do another check and has since text to check in to see if there have been anymore mice activity.
For me that means a lot, he cares about the work he does.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Bedbug treatment
A professional assessment and treatment of bedbugs in residential properties. We will try to identify the sources of the problem and give you treatment options. We will do our best to eliminate the problem in one visit, but depending on infestation size further visits may be necessary.
Rodent Treatment
A thorough inspection of property to identify rodent entry points. We will then block any holes (some holes may be at an additional cost depending on size) and put poison bait down to eradicate any rodents trapped inside the property.
Cockroach Treatment
Property will be thoroughly inspected to identify the source of the cockroach infestation. We will then apply our treatments accordingly to eliminate the cockroach infestation.
Ant Treatment
Ant infestations are annoying and hard to combat without professional help, as without killing the colony it will be hard to eradicate the problem. We have techniques and poison that will eradicate the hive, providing you with a long term solution to your ant infestation
Wasp Treatment
Wasps are hunter bees and can sting multiple times, unlike other bees. Their stings are very painful and even life-threatening if you are allergic to wasps. We are able to eliminate the hive so that you are wasp free as soon as possible.
