I called Pest Solutions in Glasgow recently when we had a little issue with some rats at our service yard in Drumchapel. We are near a building site and a railway line and the problem was getting worse. Derek came out to see me the same afternoon and suggested a service contract would be the best value for my business to protect my building and my employees. The advice was very helpful and the quote very fair so I signed up.I'm new to all this but the serviceman, Bob, a very helpful fellow arrived the next morning and set everything up and gave me a very impressive looking report binder. Never had a pest issue before but we recently had a Squirrel in our attic space.I called Pest Solutions as your website looked professional and were a BPCA company. I was not disappointed and the service was fantastic.I was really impressed by Stephen, your service person who attended. He was calm and reassuring whilst very professional. I run a maintenance company and have used mantis on many occasions as i have been out doing roof jobs and needed mantis to removed squirrels from customers lofts and also had them to remove wasps nest from under customers decking , great company and a great service , would recommend and use them time and time again as i have had other companys and the service was terrible and the attitude from other companys were terrible, but can say enuff that mantis workers have been spot on , myself and my customers are very happy with there service

Contacted mantis after looking around for issues with a squirrel beating in waves of property. Jamie was prompt and efficient and always kept me updated. Attended the house on a few occasions to re bait traps and always rates in touch. More recently Jamie attended when a wasps nest had been found by my wife. We recently moved into our new home and noticed Carpet Beetle in most of the bedrooms. After using 2 other companies to deal with a persistent rat issue & failing to solve it, I called in Mantis on the recommendation of my son, who uses them for his business & had spoken very highly of the the service they had provide him with. Jamie provided an excellent emergency response to my panicked call for help on behalf of my mum when her home in Paisley was invaded by flies on a Saturday evening. He arrived very quickly, and did a thorough and professional job. He also cared enough to keep me informed, as I had been arranging things on her behalf from a different part of the country. Had small black files, phoned Pest Solutions and they came to have a look. The guy found that the issue was a leak in a pipe and that the flies were just a result of this. They recomended a helpfull plumber and did not charge for the advice. Pipe fixed same day flies gone next day. Great HONEST advice. Not so common these days. More...
