Fantastic customer service - John Smith was friendly and professional. Hands on and definitely knows his job, within 5 mins of arriving at my property he was able to figure out where the mice where coming in from. Really good work.

Really quick and efficient service. Got booked in within a couple of days and they worked times around me to try and get me booked in as soon as possible. Came out to our place 2 nice men no problems couldn’t fault. Now the terrible bit, a lot of money says from £300 for gold +vat actually cost us over £1000 for 1 room but decided it had to be done and it is guaranteed. Sadly not fully worked so contacted over a month ago to be promised call back, and revisit. Still nothing. Finally after an email complaint and this review have had a very prompt response. Had a small minor issue, where I saw a mouse in one of my draws in the kitchen. It was a sensitive time as I was in the middle of moving and didn’t want this issue ruining my chance of selling as we had waited so long. John arrived with an unmarked van, uniform covered. Delt with the issue quickly and efficiently! He went above and beyond for us, cleaned my whole draw out disposed of the bag and said any issues or questions I could call him anytime. So far my order has failed to arrive and attempts to recover it from DHL have failed. Not happy.Wow. “We are not a postal service’. This is not an acceptable level of customer service.If you are sending something via courier, it is your responsibility to ensure it arrives with the customer. If the courier lets you down, it is your issue and I should not have to spend hours on the phone resolving it. The fact remains, I have not yet received the goods, having paid. I do not wish to spend yet more time on the phone with your courier and would appreciate it if you would resend my order to me ASAP, and take up the issue of the lost parcel with dhl directly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cimexine. The two lads from Pest Professionals who came and heat treated the house did a very thorough and careful job. They also sprayed around the house and laid traps for any bugs that may have survived. We are going through the 14 day after treatment stage and so far so good. Quick delivery, reasonable price, product actually works, as bedbugs activity has been reduced to almost nil! I am planning to buy one more bottle of Insectaclear for mattresses and couple it with Insectaclear for cracks and crevices for a fully working effect - luckily infestation in my place is small and contained.

Have used Cimexine before, products and service excellent although on this occasion packaging on product was different than shown on website which meant a phone call to clarify correct product, but they were extremely helpful and all was well. I would def shop with them again.

Website had everything I needed to know to nip an unfortunate situation in the bud. Honest evaluation of problem and very swift delivery of product. My only concern was that the mailing label has British Bug Control on it. I bought from a company called Cimexine. Postal workers gossip. That's a bit like having the Rentokill van outside your house. But I followed the advice on their pages and the problem is solved. I will be reordering a partial order to ensure our issue is resolved properly. My daughter has been struggling with a nightmare in her home using holistic remedies. It's just not enough. This works. I removed all bedding washed and dried on hot settings sprayed the bed bug spray literally everywhere, placed the mattress in a bedbug proof mattress protector and I've still got bedbugs!!
