In response to your rather unfair quote of our services Mr Lidsey I would respond as follows :- We quoted you £125.00 plus vat which included our call out fee , to attend and resolve a boiler fault. This we agreed with you before attending. We then asked a NIC/EIC electrician to repair the faulty wiring and a Gas Safe Plumber to quote for the parts that required replacement. You found our quotation to expensive for the boiler parts and organised your own plumber (using the information we supplied as to what was wrong with the boiler and what parts were required). However you then proceeded not to pay us. After numerous calls and follow up letters you then only paid us £70 plus vat for our original call out, repair to the wiring and fault find on the boiler. We tried to discuss your non payment plus the shortfall but you were threatening, abusive and extremely rude to our office staff.
