What makes a great website?
Simple for the end user to navigate and use. Not focussed solely on the amount of hits but more what percentage of those visits are converting into sales or leads.

Who are you?
What do you do?
Why do you do that?
Why are you better than anyone else?
Can your website automate manual tasks and save you time?

Describe your creative process.
Step 1 - LEARN. We ensure we get to know the in's and out's of your business. How it works, what processes you have in place, how we can link and automate those. We learn your goals, we set best case and worst case scenarios.
Step 2 - RESEARCH. What are your competitors doing online? Why are they successful? How can we improve that? What can we learn from that?
Step 3 - DRAW. Using all the information above we break out the crayons and draw. On paper. We set out page mocks, templates, graphic elements. These are then used in production.
Step 4 - CODE. Our tech team take over, they build the drawings into functional, easy to use sites.
Step 5 - BREAK. We will then review and tweak our work, if it's web work we will intentionally try to break it and fix where necessary. Only once it's completed our internal 101 point check does it get published.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We have a project briefing document, we like to fill these in with our clients, either face to face, on the phone or by Skype
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching ideas come to life, or to see a website start converting and therefore increasing revenue for the client. I believe we make a difference to peoples lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for some years in other agencies, I had a child (now 2) who is significantly poorly. I couldn't maintain a full time job, but now I can work whenever and wherever suits.

We are transparent in everything we do. We will not send you graphs every month with your "seo" data on, we will not promise to get you #1 in google. What we will do, is deliver on our promises and meet our predefined goals and expectations.
