Communication - that could be communicating with our clients regularly or ensuring their communication to their target audience is on point and resonates. Building relationships is what we are in business to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having working in the Media industry for over 10 years, the real inspiration for me to start Only Red was to really bridge a gap I identified and that was to give a personal service - I always looked for trusted agencies while working in various marketing departments whom I could really trust and they would be like a extension of our marketing department which I never found - so I decided to create my own company to deliver just that ;)
