One of the most important pieces of information is a really clear definition of who the target audience is and what their mindset is.
Also what one single minded proposition do you want to offer them. Not three things, just one!

What do you love most about your job?

Being challenged by business problems and finding a way round them for our clients.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I used to work for Aviva heading up the marcoms department and my favourite part of the job was working with my media, PR and creative agencies. I learned so much from them that eventually I said "That's what I want to do."
