I love Iain’s classes and being able to do them online over the last few months has been a godsend. I enjoy doing them ‘live’ on Facebook and joining the friendly group, but you can always catch up later if the time isn’t convenient. There are so many classes to choose from each week but I particularly enjoy Fitsteps, Pilates, yogalates and aerobics. I attended several of Iain’s classes when he instructed at Wymondham Leisure Centre as I loved doing them, as each class was well planned and there was always a level of difficulty to suit my abilities. Now I follow Iain’s online classes, Pilates, Fit for Life, Yogalates and FitSteps and it’s allowing me to keep fit, flexible and sane. They are all brilliant. Iain is so knowledgeable about the body he anticipates the instructions needed to ensure I follow the exercises safely and maximise their potential. The weekly rate is so reasonable and if I can’t follow live, which is my preference I can do catchup. They are the highlight of my days as I often find myself smiling at his useful comments. I can't recommend Olcote Wellbeing highly enough! Iain's expertise and breadth of knowledge is excellent. After a diagnosis of osteoporosis, I had some personal training sessions with him and he was able to design a suitable progamme to help me try to maintain and hopefully build bone density and, equally importantly, understand how to exercise without risking injury. I now regularly take part in his online classes, which have been invaluable during the pandemic and which are so convenient to do at home at a time to suit me - no having to stick to inconvenient timetables or drive around the county! Iain is very passionate about what he does and is always full of enthusiasm in his classes. I have been doing Iains yoga and pilates classes for many years now and I definitely notice a difference with my flexibility etc if I miss classes - ie I really stiffen up! He is very knowledgeable about health, nutrition and exercise in general and will always offer individual advice on different techniques if you have any ailments etc. I do the classes online now which are brilliant as Iains classes were always fully booked at the leisure centre and you could rarely get a space booked unless you stayed up until midnight waiting for the booking slots to open - I think that in itself says he is obviously doing something right! Online classes have solved that problem and I can also do it on catch up when I oversleep and miss the live 7am ones..! More...

I've been attending Iain's yoga classes for around 18 months after getting injured training for a running event. My overall flexibility is so much better now and I haven't had any injuries since. If I'm short of training time during the week I am more inclined to drop a running session than a yoga session as the yoga is so beneficial. Iain explains the poses clearly in the sessions so even if you have never done yoga before you will know what to do. The energise and engage classes are nicely challenging and the relax and revive classes just make me feel so much better. If you are looking for a yoga class these are brilliant. More...
