Originally booked this place for a get away with my fiancée. Over all not a good experience. The room was dated and dusty in many places. The bathroom suite needed ‘finishing’ and the toilet seat was cracked. Brought this to the attention of the management… the response was not professional nor warranted! Hence the 1 star rating. Had high expectations from my first impression. Sadly disappointed with some aspects of cleanliness in the rooms we booked and the attitude/arrogance of the owners/managers Mandi and Paul.
Would advise a deep clean of the rooms that we booked, a checklist for the rooms after cleaning and customer service training for Mandi and Paul.
Currently, would not recommend this accommodation.

Perfect little get away for us! Amazing grounds and Mandi’s breakfast is just something else. The views are great! Would definitely recommend staying here.
And will be returning very soon!

We spent a lovely night here and thought the place was great. The room was spacious and very well appointed, the gardens and surrounding countryside were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Our kids had a great time playing in the garden, feeding the ducks and sheep, visiting the horses and exploring the grounds. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay. More...
