I have a loft insulation which was done by a cowboy consequently I only found out when I was so cold in the winter. I posted my job on Bark Paul responses very quickly he came round to my home took pictures of the loft and confirmed it was badly done. We agreed a verbal price and I awaited my full quote unfortunately this has not materialised.
