Being able to solve problems for my clients and to transfer my skills to give them the confidence to deal with work place issues.
Receiving great feedback for training sessions where the group has learnt but also had fun during the session
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to work for different clients from different backgrounds and industries and to be able to take the time to get to know the business and how it operates including internal sensitivities without pressure to 'get the job done as quickly as possible'
