Really professional and excellent recruitment firm. I went to them in pursuit of a broker job and they have been amazing! I dealt with Milo who was a really genuine and top guy . He helped me improve my CV, gave me invaluable advise, managed my expectations and actually mentored me through the process! I purchased the London Broker training programme and it was excellent! It taught me about different broking positions and what is good in terms of a successful sales pitch. It also gives you supplementary information on the reasoning and psychology of the pitch and why it has been delivered in that way. Then, in support of that, Milo gave me the time to develop my understanding and again mentored me in support of my personal development. I’d arguably say this is more than a recruitment firm; in most recruitment firms you are simply just a number but this place offers more than that, it is full of genuine people who want to develop and support you where possible, and in turn, enable you to achieve your end goal - the dream job! This was the first time I have used New London HR and all I can say is WOW do they live up to their expectations! They were actually recommended to me by a friend in the industry where he couldn’t praise New London HR more, and from my experience with them I can understand why too. The role of which I wanted was with an FCA Regulated Brokerage, where I was appointed to the marvellous Mohsen who specialises in recruitment for FCA Regulated firms. Mohsen was also just a phone call away where he was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions - Anytime, Any day. He helped prep me for the interview with specific Interview material and questions, but also even gave me some training so I was ready for the role if I was to be accepted!
