I love this place. Adam is a great coach, who is both very direct with his teaching, and also playful; allowing everyone in the class to feel at ease, whilst learning.

The classes are engaging, and ideal for all abilities.

All the students are welcoming, and there really is a family feeling.

Sambo at Sasquatch studios great class taught by very knowledgable guy nothing is rushed if it takes a 1000 reps to get the technique then thats fine a lot of places move on
Before it becomes muscle memory.

Which I found less effective then beasting a drill or technique over and over again More...

I’ve been a member of this Gym for 2 months now and enjoy every session! Ruslan’s lessons are excellent for all levels from beginner to expert, there is loads of other classes for different people which are taught by Adam who is equally as friendly and great at teaching!

Our 4 year old loves going to Sasquatch. Adam is very welcoming to new students regardless of ability and experience he is also extremely patient with the youngsters, he has taught Cody so much in a short space of time. My boys love the classes Adam does, and are always really keen to go ( lots of fun, whilst learning technique). And with options throughout the week after school, and on the weekend, it is flexible for us. Highly recommended!
