I, Rui De Sousa started my company Mola movement ten years ago, I am a level 3 certified personal trainer and martial arts instructor (Capoeira) operating in the UK. Mola Movement is a training method and lifestyle for helping people get into fitness and live a healthier life, we offer one to one and group fitness sessions both face to face and online.

Training with Rui was an amazing experience, during the time I had 1-1 training sessions with him, he:

1) Helped improve my confidence within the gym
2) Helped improve my physical strengths
3) Make me push myself and realise how much I can actually do
4) Made every session a fun one (even when they were very hard!)
5) Would adapt the training sessions based on my areas to improve
6) Very motivated and bought energy to every session!

I would strongly recommend his services!

I have trained with Mola for many years doing group capoeira classes and one-to-one personal training.
Mola is one of the most hardest working people that I know and he is great at transfering this into motivating you during a workout.
Mola has always shown a dedication to push himself and those he trains with whilst being friendly and attentive to personal circumstances (e.g. limitations due to previous injury, personal goals etc).
I couldn't recommend Mola Movement enough!

It was an amazing experience. They were always up for the challenge and creating very innovative exercise for my request that was to be faster and have quicker reflexes (sports reason).
They are also a great motivator and you are able to give 110% at each session.

Amazing and professional trainer . I highly recommend you choose his services!
I have regularly taken group classes and 1 - 1 training sessions with Mola and have always been left feeling impressed.
He is passionate about what he does but very knowledgeable. He uses his expertise to help you achieve your goals and progresses even further than that. To illustrate, the sessions I have had with him focussed on important aspects that some trainers forget such as 1) exercises or stretches for a warm up or cool down and/or exercises to improve flexibility/mobility 2) providing training to improve your core strength 3) identifying areas that need improvements and finding the appropriate exercises for that goal 4) motivating you to want to achieve your objective but also being patient so that you don't feel pressured into doing things you cannot handle 5) A bonus for me is his mastery of acrobatic/gymnastic moves which he breaks down for all levels so that the move becomes achievable with time and practice.
I really can't recommend him highly enough. He is my number one pick for a trainer and group teacher. I really hope that you will choose him as you will not be disappointed.

Rui was a brilliant Personal Trainer and really gave me confidence in the gym! He was great at finding fun ways to train and it was never boring - I still use a lot of what he taught me today and I got really great results! I help my clients reach their fitness goals by first changing their approach to training, I take them through these three stages:

1. Change Mindset -First we identify your purpose, why my client wants to change. Once we have this we establish a fitness plan that my clients feel ready to embark on and make real improvements. Often I find peoples setbacks in fitness are often due to not having a bigger purpose of why they are trying to change or achieve, we will identify what that it from the start.

2. Monthly adjustments - Once we establish a routine that my clients are successfully following, we then begin to make adjustments to the plan that will continue to challenge the client, helping them develop their mental and physical strengths, bringing them one step closer to their goal.

3. Change Goal - We will set short term and long term goals, and monitor these through performance tests to make sure we are on the right track, and keep my clients feeling motivated and driven to achieving their ultimate goal.



The secret setting a plan, dedicating time to achieve your goals, applying hard work, and most importantly self discipline. Self discipline will enable you to stick to the plan that will help get the body of your dreams . This includes your workout plan, improved eating habits and balancing stress levels.

I love the ability to inspire people everyday to make positive changes in their lifestyle, and seeing them reach their goals. To me my job does not not feel like work, it feels like I'm just sharing my passion.

I wanted to start my business because I enjoyed coaching and working with people, I believe that my company Mola Movement has and can continue to change peoples lives for the better through movement, a specific approach developed through years of both training myself and training others.

I am a trainer who practices what I preach and that reflects directly in my work with all my clients. I know that the moment we start working together, we are a team, your fitness goals are my goals.
