I loved it. The tribute to Nina Simone was awesome. I also enjoyed my porterhouse house steak.

The food was presented and flavored perfectly. We enjoyed the Latin Jazz night. Mr. Quintero was a perfect host.

My favorite Jazz club in the city. Every band I've seen there has been fantastic. And even if the music wasn't too notch, which it is, the ambiance, drinks and food are all so good that the place would still be worth going to. Great spot.

I was there for a private event. The staff was helpful and friendly. The wait staff was attentive and prompt. The host was witty and went the extra mile. The food was excellent. I heard it achieved landmark status too. It looked modern and well maintained. Overall great experience. More...

Great space for live jazz in the heart of Harlem. One of the Christmas holiday shows was tribute to Frank Sinatra - great lineup and excellent vibe. Food was mediocre (mandatory three-item order for the cover charge) but that's not why we were there so that's okay. More...

I had a great time, jazz music was great. Service was good.very attentive , the waiter kept checking on us. Pricey. But it was worth it.
They'll charge you for entrance $20 pp for the band included in the check. Which is fine.food was decent. Not bad, I will recommend and come back. Plenty of parking.

Great place to drink to live jazz performance every day!
Reasonable music fee($10) and decently priced drinks.
I didn't try their food, but boy, do they look and smell good.
Strongly recommend for a date night, solo night, or a business chit-chat.
Dress well when you come, if you don't want to look underdressed.
Children are not usually present, but I can imagine bringing them in as well.

A beautiful spot for jazz. You have room to move around, not like some places in Midtown. Lovely ambiance. Good food and friendly staff.
This was my first time here. I am looking forward to a return visit. The band is great. I met some repeat customers.

My wife and I had an excellent time Thursday the 19th, as we celebrated my 60th birthday. The food was great and the presentation was excellent. The wait staff was polite and attentive without being overbearing. Truly enjoyed the music. We will definitely reccomend Minton's playhouse to all our friends as we already shared our celebration on social media. More...

The jazz was great and the food was good. The service was a little slow otherwise. It is a nice place to go listen to some live music.

My boyfriend to me here for our anniversary. It was great. The band was wonderful. I thin with a bigger crowd, this place would be jumping. Food was tasty but I could have had more. I was still hungry after but the salmon was delicious. More...

Did not know what to expect. The good was great. My steak was was awesome and O loved the garlic mash potatoes. I am not a Jazz fan but the music was good.
If you desire the food and no music then you can go to Cecil next door just not on Mondays.
Enjoy!!!!!
