Maggie is by far the best Mindfulness teacher I have ever had. She has taught me how to live in the moment, not stress about the little things and just slow down and enjoy my life so much more. I have warned my husband I will be booking on to the next Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat in Portugal - and I cant wait! More...

Wonderful retreats! I've been to India and Portugal with Maggie and loved meeting like-minded people and making new friends. Great mindfulness and yoga classes, good healthy food and lots of laughs and fun. Enjoyed new cultures and had many adventures! I hope to join in again very soon. xxx More...

Sharing everything I have learnt about Mindfulness in classes and on holidays in beautiful places

I did a mindfulness course myself and it changed my life so I decided to train to teach Mindfulness os that I could share my experiences with others. All Mindfulness teachers practice mindfulness themselves and teach from an experiential point of view

I have been told I have a very lovely voice on my meditations and also that I am to communicate mindfulness ideas and concepts easily in an accessible way and groups stay in touch with both me and other participants even though they may live far away from each other and even in different countries
