I offer sessions at my office in central Bristol and nationally and internationally by webcam. After a hypnotherapy session from Sharon I have painlessly and almost effortlessly stopped smoking for 32 days now and I can honestly say I will not smoke again. My husband and I flew in from Los Angeles and we will honestly say this was our most productive trip ever . We had both struggled on many occasions to cease smoking with no success. But Sharon's style of therapy really works . My husband and I were both doubters in the past but are both converted now So we both highly recommend Sharon Stiles.

If you want results, with speed but not haste and you want them to last then go and see Sharon. I don't know all the hypnotherapists in Bristol but I'd guess that Sharon must be one of the best.
Worked for me.

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing the smiles at the end of a session and sharing the positive changes that people experience. I love working with:
People who lacked self confidence because of past experiences and now feel good about themselves, having confidence in what they do, applying for and getting a new job.
People who had a health issue such as IBS, ME, arthritis, insomnia or pain finding ways to reduce the impact it had on their life. Women using hypnosis for childbirth.
People who felt overwhelmed, under extreme stress or anxous about life taking back control and making positive changes in their lives.
People who wanted to improve their golf, tennis or football noticing an improvement in their game.
People who were nervous or terrified of flying who now looked forward to and enjoy their flights to see family, go on holiday, get married, successfully pitch for new work, continue an enjoyable job which includes a lot of air travel.
People who had phobias of dentists, being sick, needles, MRI scans, doctors, heights, public speaking, networking, going out, balloons, birds, snakes and spiders all feeling much more calm and comfortable about their previous fear.
People becoming non-smokers, many of them saying that if they'd known it would be so easy they would have done it years ago.
People changing habits, such as stopping biting their nails, reducing their alcohol intake or stopping gambling.
People who were overweight and who have now lost weight without having to condemn themselves to constantly depriving themselves through dieting.
It is such a great job.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have worked freelance or for my own company for most of my life. I had always been fascinated by the power of the mind and was hooked on hypnosis when I first did a course in it. When my work circumstances changed I took the opportunity to train as a hypnotherapist and start seeing clients.

Why should our clients choose you?

I care about my clients and want the best outcome for them. I know some people are nervous about trying something new so am happy for someone to sit in the session with you - either for part of it or all of it.
Each session is unique to you. I don't just read a script. I use the techniques that I think will be most beneficial for you in that session. I work quickly which should mean that you need fewer sessions which saves time and money. However, if you don't like making changes quickly then we can work at a pace that suits you. I'll explain what to expect as we go along.
My office is in central Bristol, near the end of he motorway so is easily accessible. I also offer webcam sessions so can work with you anywhere in the country - or in the world. I have weekday daytime and evening sessions.

I recommend a 90 minute session for the first one and 60 minutes for subsequent sessions. I usually use a combination of techniques but can use just one if you have a preference.
