We specialise in repairs at sensible prices, and that doesn't involve coming over, rubbing our chin and then telling you that actually you need a whole new window or door!

I cannot reccomend this company highly enough. I had 3 broken windows which Paul came round to quote for, the quote was affordable and Paul was very friendly yet professional and gave me some great advice, there was no pressure to upsell or to agree to the quote. Paul from Millmo Glazing came to fit a cat-flap for me. He came on the Tuesday to measure up (we needed a new panel in the door) and returned the next day to instal. He was very friendly and efficient and also left the area cleaner than when he found it. I couldn’t recommend him enough. We are so impressed with Paul and Tony , their customer service was brilliant and they were so friendly . Paul came round the first couple of visits to measure up and go through the different styles of windows we could have . They day Paul & Tony removed my old bay window I was so happy as we could finally see through lovely clear glass rather than the misted glass , they also removed my shutters and refitted so carefully, the guys are true professionals. I was instructed by a couple of glazing firms that I would need my window replaced as it had a faulty lock. After being quoted an exorbitant price I found Milmo glazing on the recommendation of a friend. With a quote infinitely better than I had previously received I decided to forego the original glaziers and offer the work to Milmo glazing. I have recently used Millmo Glazing and found them to be very professional, great time keepers, which for me is important. We were offered several solutions to various problems and this in itself was refreshing, it wasn't just about the cost (as in highend only) it was about getting it right, colour, materials, accessories. What do you love most about your job?
Solving problems, and seeing people's faces when we repair something that others have said can't be. Also helping make people's homes more secure so they feel they can rest more easily.It's nice to meet new people, have a chat and a cup of tea ( and a cheeky biscuit from time to time ).
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've worked in the glazing industry in various guises for 20 years. I've seen the good,the bad and the indifferent. Having worked for installation companies with salesmen who only ever want to replace entire windows and doors, and knowing most of the time repairs can resolve the issues, I wanted to offer a better level of service than the companies I've worked for in the past.
It's nice to have some freedom with my time to spend with my family.I don't however consider it a job where I'm my own boss, instead I see every customer as my boss,after all it's the consumer who pays my wages and I treat them as such.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are honest and upfront. Most of our prices can be found on our website so you know the costs before we visit.
We don't charge for call outs and are more than happy to give advice,even if it means we don't get any actual work.
We are punctual, fully insured,understand the industry and generally lovely all round !!
