We commissioned Menza Homes to obtain planning permission for a double storey extension and loft conversion to our property. We were extremely satisfied with the design process and outcome. We had a very general brief but working closely with the architect we came up with a very interesting proposal.

After getting involved with several local architects, Menza Homes stepped in and took the scheme through to completion. Menza made the whole process very simple and supported me through the process. We are planning a new to extend another property and Menza Homes will be the lead designer.
