Anne has been treating me for a year now, I have been a case study for her reflexology! I started going to her meditation evenings as I was a very poor anxious sleeper, sometimes only having 3 or 4 hours sleep ! ! The meditation helped me with my breathing & relaxation. We then moved onto reflexology to help me with headaches & stomach problems ( think alot of stomach problems were due to stress) by relaxing & taking time out I have got rid of a lot of stress!
