Learnt a lot here. But it was off my own back. They dont give any training at all. Managers do not know how to handle people or deal with conflict, so any problem you may have - tough!
No beifits, dont pay any sick pay, no rewards for working/doing your job well and the pay is bad which will not go up for years.
Glad to finally be in a decent place which has made it clear to me just how bad it was! More...
