Maritza is highly knowledgeable not only on Pilates but on anatomy in general. She resolved an issue I had with my rotator cuff, a brilliant alternative to using a Physio.
Maritza has also helped my cousin with his tennis elbow by ensuring he had appropriate exercises for the issue.
I recommend her highly.
