I had a privilige to be part of this school when they started. At all times were the lessons not only fun, but very good exercise and educating. Great teacher, great people to train with. I would still go there if I was living the UK. More...

Excellent classes, really practical and interesting with a very knowledgable and friendly teacher! 100% would recommend to anyone looking to improve fitness, self awareness and confidence. I had to stop classes as I moved countries and haven't found anything nearly as good elsewhere! More...

A small but very friendly group of people. I like the classes and the training a lot. Efficient, "no mercy" and always a different way of thinking. Thinking about what you are doing and how you can help Martial Arts to develop is a great feeling for every training. This way of Martial Arts allows you to make the Karate you learn realy your Karate and not just a faint copy of your sensei. More...

It is probably the best thing that has happened to me in last few years. More...
