The ability to help businesses achieve the growth they desire and to enable the business owners to obtain the success they deserve.

It was clear to me that small businesses were largely ignored when it came to growth issues and strategy. This market has been underserved for many years with most growth experts purely concentrating on sales growth. This is important and difficult but sustained faster growth is a combination of a number of factors and building a business to deliver against sales growth was mostly overlooked. I wanted businesses to learn that balancing sales growth with organisational growth was the key to success.
