20 years ago I started my marketing career having fallen in love with the subject whilst studying at university. Over the years I have worked with large organisations, medium sized businesses and smaller start ups. I have seen, first hand, the pressure put on departments to complete projects on time and within budget. I have been there when things have gone right and when they have gone wrong. I know that those small adhoc projects are as important as the more complex, result driven ones.
Proven results and a solid work ethic help my drive for success. I am not afraid of a challenge! I guide dynamic teams to achieve collaborative results with core business development. I have solid acumen for brand promotion, customer retention and relationship management but I can also turn my hand to the all important tasks of day-to-day company administration.

What do you love most about your job?
The flexibility is obviously a bonus but I love the fact that I get to work with a range of businesses and individuals. I never face the same working day and I really enjoy seeing businesses succeed because of how I have helped them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
MaciMA was born from my love of seeing companies, of all sizes, reach their potential. Their success is at the heart of everything I do; whether it's stepping in to help out a short staffed department or lending my experience to a fledgling business.
