What do you love most about your job?
The flexibility is obviously a bonus but I love the fact that I get to work with a range of businesses and individuals. I never face the same working day and I really enjoy seeing businesses succeed because of how I have helped them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
MaciMA was born from my love of seeing companies, of all sizes, reach their potential. Their success is at the heart of everything I do; whether it's stepping in to help out a short staffed department or lending my experience to a fledgling business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am adaptable. I would with my clients not against them. Ultimately I want to see them succeed and will work with them to achieve their goals. I am happy to turn my hand to anything in order for that success to be accomplished.
